O’Neill Associates had worked closely with the client team to achieve planning consent for the 143-bedroom Hampton by Hilton hotel and six-storey luxury apartment block. Improvements were made to a previously consented scheme, including additional room numbers and design enhancements to the Piccadilly frontage.
Following consent for full planning O’Neill Associates has been working with consultants and relevant consultees to successfully address a challenging range of pre-start conditions on technical issues including those relating to flood resilience, archaeology, and contamination.
The hotel is due for completion in the first quarter of 2021.
