The Practice is been heavily involved in the Examination process for the York Local Plan. We have pursued objections at each of the 4 sessions of the EIP on behalf of a range of clients, including the University of York, York St John University and Askham Bryan College. Our future involvement will be reviewing the Council’s modifications to the Emerging Plan and making further representations. We will also review the report from the 2 Senior Inspectors, which is expected early in the new year.
