St. Peter's School, York

The Company acted on behalf of St. Peter's, one of the UK's leading independent schools, in the successful purchase of an adjacent redundant school from the City of York Council, giving planning advice which enabled the client to make an informed bid based on planning policy. We also acted for the School in obtaining consent for the extinguishment of a public right of way across the school site, following a public inquiry. We have also gained consent for various new buildings and facilities on the site.
