Conversion of agricultural buildings to form 3 dwellings and office use

This large agricultural holding is located within the Green Belt on the northern side of the York. It contained a series of agricultural buildings, which were mainly underutilised.

O’Neill Associates submitted separate applications to convert two of the buildings for domestic and business purposes.

Through the prior approval process, consent was given for the conversion of a 400 sqm open sided barn to form 3 houses. Consent was also obtained to use part of a larger agricultural barn for B1 office use.
