This farmstead just outside Richmond comprised a Grade 2 listed farmhouse, three stone barns and three large modern barns. We worked with the architect to achieve planning and Listed Building Consents for a development which retained the farmhouse and provided three residential units in the stone barns, with the modern buildings removed. This improved the attractive setting of the listed farmhouse and retained the appearance of an isolated farmstead surrounded by attractive open countryside.
