This site is adjacent to a main road into a small National Park village. Planning consent was obtained on appeal for a development of eight detached dwellings with linking outbuildings, reflecting and respecting the character and local vernacular. Negotiations with the Park Authority included resolution of access issues, and a robust case was prepared for the appeal to show that traffic noise would not have an adverse impact on residents.
