This development of 22 apartments, with a supported residential accommodation block for a local housing association, is on the site of a former Council depot, and is adjacent to York's Central Historic Core Conservation Area and within an Area of Archaeological Importance. The Company successfully negotiated the scheme through a series of consultations with local residents via Ward Committee meetings. An exciting contemporary design has invigorated a run-down site and has lifted the townscape qualities of the area.
