The Company acted on behalf of St. Peter’s, one of the UK’s leading independent schools, in the successful acquisition of an adjacent redundant school from the local authority. We provided planning advice which enabled the School to make an informed bid based on planning policy. We also acted for the School in obtaining consent for the extinguishment of a public right of way across the school site, following a ground breaking public inquiry. We have also gained consent for various new buildings and facilities on the campus.
