Our experience in dealing with academic developments includes negotiating and delivering planning permissions for new and refurbished student residential colleges. Our expertise helped deliver new student accommodation across the Student residential accommodation’s west campus, most recently at Wentworth, Alcuin and Bleachfield, and the new Goodricke College on the east campus. These projects have involved working within site constraints relating to building heights, built footprint coverage and landscape framework, whilst aiming to deliver quality accommodation for students.
