The Company successfully negotiated listed building consent and planning permission for major internal alteration and refurbishment works to a late 14th to early 17th century Grade II Listed Building in the heart of York's Central Historic Core Conservation Area. The works introduced a high quality contemporary finish to the building, whilst revitalising the internal space and respecting features of historical significance.
Award: City of York Council Design Award 2007. The works also won a prestigious national award as Best Designer Store in the Draper Awards 2005.
