The Company acted on behalf of the Purley Baptist Church to gain outline planning permission for a large mixed use urban regeneration scheme within Purley Town Centre, Croydon. The scheme includes ground floor retail and will provide upper floor church accommodation with improved community facilities for Purley and a residential element incorporating approximately 65 flats. This part of the development will provide a catalyst for the much needed regeneration of Purley Town Centre.
