We secured planning permission and listed building consent for a five storey former mill within the heart of York’s central area. The development comprises leisure uses, restaurant, bar and office, with flats above. The scheme is adjacent to the River Ouse within the Central Historic Core Conservation Area. The scheme included demolition of some buildings, the conversion and adaptation of listed buildings and the integration of new build into this sensitive location.
