Planning Applications

We act for new and established clients, and our consultancy service includes advice on initial proposals, setting up/leading a team of professionals appropriate to the project, commenting on schemes prior to submission, contacting and negotiating with the local planning authority and monitoring applications through to determination. We make presentations to planning committee if appropriate, and advise clients on the outcome.
