Philip joined the Company in December 2006 on completion of the Masters degree in Town and Regional Planning at Leeds Metropolitan University. He has experience in a wide range of projects, and has recently been closely involved in the preparation and processing of applications for the development of a business park, and for a number of university residential and educational developments.
