Julie joined the company in July 2009 having worked in local government for 5 years and planning consultancy for 4 years. Her principal work is strategy and application focussed advising a wide range of clients on spatial planning issues affecting their land and property interests, ranging from landowner, developer and public sector clients. She is experienced in the undertaking of planning appraisals, preparing development plan representations and the preparation and negotiation of major planning applications where complex development control issues arise.
