Cliff joined the Company as Associate in 2004, and has 25 years of experience in local authority planning work, having latterly been the Head of Development Control at City of York Council for seven years. As a result he has expert knowledge of the planning process. He has experience in a wide range of planning policy issues, detailed planning application submissions for major developments, complex sites, and conservation and listed building developments. He also undertakes planning appeals and enforcement work.
