A proposal for 14 dwellings within the York Central Conservation Area has been approved by City of York Council. The existing office buildings will be converted to flats, a 1.5 storey extension will be added to the rear and a house will be constructed within the rear car park of the building.
O’Neill Associates provided economic evidence in support of the change of use of the building and liaised with a team of consultants to address key issues including the loss of employment space, heritage impact, scale and design, access and residential amenity.
