Low Petergate, York

A City of York Council “York Design Award” was given for this development in 2007. The scheme involved internal alterations to a late 14th to early 17th century Grade II Listed Building in the heart of York's Central Historic Core Conservation Area. It introduced a high quality contemporary feel to the building, whilst revitalising the internal space and respecting features of historical significance. The works also won a prestigious national award as Best Designer Store in the Draper Awards 2005.
