Development Plan Advice

The practice advises various clients on development plan issues relating to land and property, for example we act for academic institutions, commercial developers, housebuilders, agricultural enterprises and other landowners. We also act for interested groups and third parties wishing to make representations on draft development plans. This involvement with the Local Development Framework (LDF) includes the preparation and submission of written representations and negotiations with Local Planning Authorities, monitoring progress of the LDF, and appearance at Public Inquiry if necessary.
